Looking for a quick and tasty meal or snack? Try these steamed vegetable buns! You don't even need a steamer--just sprinkle a little water on the buns and pop them in your microwave for 3 minutes! Easy peasy!

If you're looking for a little pop of energy, this sugar-free Red Bull fits the bill! The taste is hard to describe, but Mark and I liked it better than the 5-hour energy drinks (those taste HORRIBLE). It's a little pricey for me to take on a regular basis, but it was fun to try! Today Mark and I are trying out a sugar free Red Bull! I'm a lover of all things caffeine (Mark not so much), but I doubt if I'll be adding this to my regular rotation of drinks. The WOW factor was a little low for the price. But YOUR mileage will vary, so check it out for yourself!
Today we are making a delicious meatless Shepherd's Pie! Lentils take the place of lamb in this recipe, which I modified from a recipe from the New York Times. This recipe takes time but not a lot of work, and it is sooooooo good! I recommend it highly. Want to see more? Check out our Facebook group, here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3083298205245405. For this recipe, you will need: 4 russet potatoes (or more if you like lots of mashy goodness) 3/4 c uncooked lentils About 4 cups of veggie stock or broth 3 cups frozen mixed veggies 3 cloves of minced garlic 1 medium yellow onion 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. cotija or parmesan cheese, grated fine 10 tbsp butter salt and pepper 1.5 tsp. ground thyme ENJOY! This is a cold weather cure for sure!
